The "1605" series takes its name from the house number where TROPHY CLOTHING began.
It all started with this Dirt Denim and a simple box-logo tee. Our very first steps.
量産稼働する最古の織機TOYODA G3が紡ぐ14.5oz ダートデニム
半世紀以上前の織機は、1時間に5m程の現代では考えられない生産効率
Woven on the TOYODA G3, the oldest shuttle loom still in full production, it becomes our 14.5oz Dirt Denim.
These half-century-old looms operate at just 5 meters per hour.
A speed unthinkable in today's mass production.

This is why we continue to use these machines, with no regard for profit margins.
縦糸の染色は小規模メーカーにはハードルが高い50反の生産ロットが必要
ジーンズ1000本相当のデニム生地をブランド初期から独自生産しています
穿き込み後は、青白いライトブルーではなく独特の深いブルーグレー濃淡が出るのが特徴です
For a small brand, dyeing the warp yarns independently is a considerable challenge,
as it requires a minimum production lot of 50 rolls.
That's enough denim for 1,000 pairs of jeans
but despite the scale, we've been committed to this process since the brand's early days.
Rather than fading to a pale light blue, the fabric fades to a deep blue-gray reminiscent of vintage denim.
